Actinotus helianthi Flannel Flowers are one of the most iconic of Australian Native Wildflowers. The felt-like texture of the flowers and foliage makes them hugely popular when observed in the bush.

And they are very popular when grown in the garden, pots or for cut flowers. They love a very well drained soil. But do require a regular watering. And a full sun to part shade position. Feed with a native plant food. And cutting the flowers will encourage the plants to bush out and produce more flower stems. A wonderful addition to any garden, pot or cut flower grower. They are best planted in small clumps to provide a mass display.
