The Story

Bulbine frutescens (Syn. B fruticosa) also known as Burn Jelly Plant, native to South Africa, is a fast growing succulent with two-tone orange and yellow flowers which bloom for most of the year. Growing from 30cm to 70cm in height this will stand out in your succulent garden or in a pot.

Requiring full-sun and a free draining soil, the Burn Jelly Plant is really drought tolerant once established. Its clear, jelly-like, sap can be used to treat burns, rashes and insect bites similar to Aloe vera.

For best results we recommend feeding Bulbine with Garden Delight Earthlife Rock Minerals.
