Hydrangea Ayesha Superior is one of the hardiest and most beautiful of all the hydrangeas. It produces large mophead blooms in early summer with beautiful cupped petals. 

Hydrangea Ayesha Superior is a Schofield cultivar. And was selected as a sport of Ayesha. It was selected for its superior flower size, shape and constitution to the traditional Hydrangea Ayesha. 

These flowers begin to open cream-white then shift to a pale blue or light pink, depending on the acidicity of the soil. Green tones appear in autumn.

The individual florets have unusual cup shaped petal-like sepals which give it a beautiful and unusual appearance. 

It is the only hydrangeas to have a delicate light fragrance in bloom.

It is a vigorous grower and can reach 1.5 metres
